Joysticks and Jute Sacks!

Geography is an undervalued science. What if the geographical advancement of a culture, through it’s efficiency-restricted logistics, could be used to forecast the future placement of cities, allowing a city to be attacked based on a knowledge of the places where a city might be LATER, based on a guess about how people place cities for maximum efficiency, be it for transportation or resource extraction. Airstrikes are scary.

We know people walking in a straight line follow a typical pattern of movement not unlike a spiral outline of the golden ratio. Cities built in a predictable pattern could be examined in a similar fashion to spy on cities a person wouldn’t otherwise have known about, just based on where they SHOULD be, using traditional movement patterns of construction schema and response to need as a guide (The Lowe’s is always accross the street from a Chipotle’s, and so on.)

The catch? 8 directional direction pads are inferior in piloting.

Suggested Gaming: Civilization 5.
